Charles Hebert (Owner/manager) has been in practice for the last 20 years.  He attained his Diploma of Remedial/Sports Massage in Canada where the standards to become a massage therapist are extremely high. His training of over 2500 hours was completed in order to achieve the skills to become an efficient massage therapist.

He aims to alleviate pain and discomfort with the following styles and techniques:  Trigger point therapy, Myofascial release, Sports, Swedish, Pregnancy, Deep tissue.

Jennifer Elise has over 10 years of experience as a massage therapist offering remedial, sports, deep tissue, and pregnancy massage.  Specialising in trigger point therapy.  Jenny enjoys providing a thorough and caring service to all clients in both specific pain relief treatments and general preventative and maintenance massage.

Rebecca Mar Young has been practicing acupuncture and Chinese Medicine since 2005. She specialises in the gentle Japanese style of acupuncture, which means even if you're needle phobic, it will be fine for you. It's that gentle! She treats all types of pain presentations, assists couples to improve their fertility naturally, as well as supporting them through their IVF journey. She treats pregnant women, gives treatments at birth and is wonderful for help with your baby, toddler or child for health concerns like recurrent colds and flu, recurrent ear infections, colic and getting kids ready to go to daycare, so they don't get sick all the time. She treats women throughout all stages of menopause and has an interest in breast cancer support too. She runs the Red Tent Health Centre, located here in Erskineville as well as Bondi Junction.
